Venhill Titanium Banjo Bolts

Venhill have introduced a new range of Titanium Banjo Bolts for their Powerhose Plus braided hydraulic hoses. With counter-sunk hex heads and drilled for safety locking wire, they are ideal for racing applications.

The new bolts are made from Grade 5 Titanium alloy, commonly used in aerospace and marine applications, because of its high strength and corrosion resistance.

Available in popular M10 x 1 mm and M10 x 1.25 mm sizes, the titanium bolts come in a choice of single and double fittings.

Venhill also supply 0.6mm Stainless Steel Locking Wire and Twister Pliers to make fitting and securing the bolts quick and easy.

The new titanium banjo bolts are compatible with all of Venhill's British-made Powerhose Plus brake lines. Made from heat-resistant DuPont PTFE hosing with marine-grade stainless braiding,
Powerhose Plus lines are all factory tested to 1500psi, to guarantee that they are up to the job.

Designed as direct replacements for original equipment hoses, Powerhose Plus kits come fitted with self-aligning 1/8th BSP swivel socket nuts at both ends for easy fitting, and are finished with either a clear or coloured protective sleeve.

Venhill Titanium Banjo Bolts retail at £5.79 for a single fitting and £6.26 for doubles. Venhill Locking Wire costs £15.38 for a 450g roll and the Twister Pliers are £19.47 (all prices inclusive of VAT).
