Skidmarx fly screen for Honda CB1000R
Naked bikes re-established themselves as the most popular style of motorcycle last year, with sales of new naked machines the highest for any sector. Many owners of naked bikes opt to fit a fly screen, as these help to deflect wind-blast, without dramatically affecting the overall appearance of the machine. British bodywork specialists Skidmarx have developed a fly screen kit for Honda's 150 bhp CB1000R that can be fitted directly to existing mounting points without the need for modification. Manufactured in the UK from 3mm acrylic, the screen measures 30cm wide by 27.5 cm at its tallest point (12” x 11” in old money) and is supplied with stainless steel mounting brackets and all necessary fittings. Also included in the kit is a specially designed cowling that fits around the clocks for a neat and professional finish.
The Skidmarx fly screen for the Honda CB1000R retails for £79.95 with a black cowl in GRP or £99.95 for the carbon fibre version. Contact by ‘phone 01305 780808 or visit http://www.skidmarx.co.uk/
