HUTCHINSON FIVE, SKIDMARX THREE, AT THE TT

With five wins from five, Ian Hutchinson took the overall Championship at this year's Isle of Man TT races and in the process made it three out of three for Skidmarx, whose British-made screens were fitted to winning bikes in the Senior, Superstock, Superbike and Supersport races for the third year in a row. Hutchinson has become the only man to win five races in a week in the event's 103-year history.

Honda-mounted Hutchinson was not the only rider on the podium to rely on Skidmarx screens; Relentless Suzuki by TAS Racing's Cameron Donald and Bruce Anstey, as well as Ryan Farquhar and Manxman Conor Cummins (both riding Kawasaki) all enjoyed top three finishes. Farquhar was runner up in both the Superstock and Senior competitions, while Conor Cummins recorded the fastest lap at 131.511 mph on the McAdoo Kawasaki in the Superbike race. In both the Superstock and Senior races all three podium places went to Skidmarx-supported racers.

Widely regarded as the most challenging track in the world, the 37-mile Mountain Course is the ultimate test not only of men but also their machinery. Skidmarx race screens are consistently chosen by champions at the TT. They are all manufactured at their factory in Weymouth, where the company also produces its range of after market screens for road bikes. Retail prices for the race-derived double bubble screens start £49.95. Call Skidmarx on 01305 780808 or visit www.skidmarx.co.uk

PS Everyone at Skidmarx wishes Conor Cummins a swift and full recovery following his high speed crash on the Mountain section in the Senior TT.
