Sara scoops Suzuki award in national competition
Sara Gubb, the Service Manager at Fowlers Motorcycles in Bristol, has been named ‘After Sales Advisor of the Year’ in a national competition run by Suzuki GB.
Sara, who lives in Kingswood with her husband and son, has worked at the multi-franchised dealership close to Temple Meads station in the heart of Bristol for nine years and started riding bikes 25 years ago.
To qualify for the finals, Sara needed to complete four exams, each containing questions on all aspects of after-sales, including product knowledge, parts, consumer law and warranty. In the final stage Sara went up against four other candidates, scoring points for role play, presentation skills and another written test. She received her award from Suzuki GB Managing Director, David Taylor (pictured right), at a gala dinner.
"I was over the moon when they called my name as the winner" says Sara. “The Suzuki Guild is designed to test and develop the competitors. Fowlers have a strong ethos in respect of training and staff development to make sure we can deliver the highest level of service to all our customers and this award confirms we can do just that”.
