New settings for Fazer

British bodywork specialists Skidmarx have expanded their range to cover Yamaha's Fazer 800.  With its flexible and powerful 779cc engine, easy handling and roomy ergonomics, the FZ8 is an everyday sports machine and the new double bubble screen, headlight covers, centre panels, bellypan and rear hugger from Skidmarx are all designed to help owners get the most from the new Fazer.

Based on the screens supplied to Airwaves Yamaha when they won the 2009 BSB Championship with Leon Camier, Skidmarx double bubble screens enhance the aerodynamics of motorcycles and increase the air pocket behind the screen.  Produced from 3mm acrylic, Skidmarx bubble screens are designed to replace the original factory-fitted item using the existing mounting points and fasteners and retail at £54.95 (including VAT) in a choice of clear, light or dark tints.  A range of coloured options can be ordered too, for a £6 surcharge. Replacement standard screens are also available, in clear, light or dark tints, priced at £42.95, while coloured versions cost £48.95.  Matching headlight covers cost £19.99.

A bellypan, centre panel kit and rear hugger offer extra protection from weather and road grime to exposed engine and suspenion parts .  Produced from GRP (fibreglass) in plain gelcoat colours they are supplied with tailored fittings and instructions priced at £84.95 (bellypan), £69.95 (panels) and £74.95 (hugger).  There is also an ultra light weight  carbon fibre rear hugger at £134.95 (all including VAT).
