NEW from Venhill - for nuts in tight spaces
Motorcycle control specialists Venhill have introduced two new socket drivers in response to requests from customers for tools that can be operated in tight spaces.
Measuring less than six inches long (145mm), the VT74 is a 1/4" ratchet driver made from chrome alloy forged steel. Its head can swivel through 270 degrees, for easier access in confined areas, and the 72-tooth ratchet allows for precision tightening. The VT74 sells for £15- including VAT.
At just five inches (130mm) the stubby VT75 is also suitable for use in tight spaces and has both ¼” and 3/8" drives. It sells for £10- (inc. VAT).
Venhill also offer a choice of both metric and fractional sockets in sizes commonly found on motorcycles. Cold forged from chrome vanadium steel, for extra strength and durability, the metric set contains nine sockets in 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13 and 14mm sizes. The fractional set includes AF sizes 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 3/8, 7/17, 1/2 and 9/16. Each set retails for £8-.
