Let’s torque it over - Venhill VT82 Torque Spanner

Modern motorcycles are engineered to close tolerances, so it’s important to use precision tools when performing maintenance, especially when working on safety-critical components like the braking system.

Venhill – specialist manufacturer of high performance hydraulic hoses and control cables – have introduced a professional grade Torque Spanner Set, to help riders ensure their machines' fasteners and components are installed to the correct specifications.

Designed specifically for the hard-to-reach fixings and those, like brake banjos, on which normal sockets can’t sit squarely, the kit is supplied with open-ended spanner heads in sizes 7mm-14mm. Simply select the required torque setting, between 6-30 Nm (4.4-22.1 ft-lb), using the yellow markers on the grip handle. Then lock the setting and tighten the nut or bolt to the required setting.
