New for 2016: Peugeot Citystar 200i
Peugeot's new Citystar 200i LC is 33% more powerful than its 125cc sibling, yet only a fraction heavier, creating a scooter that is compact, light and nimble, with the performance, comfort and equipment of a maxi-scooter.
Equally at home on the open road as it is cutting through city streets, its powerful liquid-cooled Low-Friction Engine, fully automatic CVT transmission and stable chassis design help with the urban hustle, while generous seating and storage help to make the journey comfortable.
The 13-inch wheels, 37 mm telescopic front forks, and five-way adjustable rear shock absorbers deliver stable and sure-footed handling. Meanwhile the 240 mm twin front and 210 mm rear brake discs provide progressive and predictable stopping power.
Although powerful it's also clean running - with a catalyser built into the exhaust – and low maintenance too. There are no messy drive chains to worry about and service intervals are every 6000 miles / 2 years.
There's ample provision for a passenger too, with plenty of space on the dual seat, proper fold-out foot pegs and chunky grab rails provided to keep your pillion safe and comfortable throughout the journey.
And there's room for two full face helmets in the lockable, underseat storage compartment, which also contains a handy 12V socket for charging accessories on the move.
The Citystar 200i is available from authorised Peugeot dealers, priced at £3299- including a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
