Test ride 2016 Triumphs at MCN Festival
Triumph’s 2016 range of modern classics and the all-new Tiger Explorer will be among the wide choice of test bikes on offer at the MCN Festival of Motorcycling, at the Peterborough Showground over the weekend of 14th-15th May.
Test rides on the latest motorcycles & scooters from leading manufacturers were booked to capacity at the 2015 Festival and an even bigger range of bikes is planned for this year. Triumph is first out of the blocks, confirming an impressive list of machines on offer for road rides and in the ‘Try an adventure bike’ off-road area.
Available to ride on the road: the 1215cc Tiger Explorer XRT, Tiger 800 XRX Low, Speed Triple 1050 R and the modern classics - Street Twin, T120 & Thruxton R. And in the ‘Try an adventure bike’ feature - Tiger 800 XCX, XCA & XCX Low and the Tiger Explorer 1215 XCX & Low models.
There will be plenty of live action to watch between test rides, including the Transatlantic Trophy dirt track races, starring Colin Edwards, the Steve Colley trials stunt show and classic bike parades. Plus expanded Retail and Club Zones and the addition of an autojumble.
At the lower price of just £15, advance ticket prices are £4 cheaper than last year and children under 15 go free when accompanied by a paying adult. Advance ticket holders get first dibs on test bikes from all the manufacturer test fleets. Weekend camping packages are available from just £30.
