Replacement cables and hoses for KSR Motos

British motorcycle control specialists, Venhill, have introduced replacement Powerhose Plus braided brake lines and Featherlight cables for KSR Moto's range of 125cc bikes and scooters.

Designed and manufactured in the UK to the highest standards - including American DOT and German TUV requirements – Venhill brake lines feature a teflon core, which is resistant to heat, softening, expansion and loss of shape. The liner is made with a consistent internal diameter and a smooth bore, to offer more efficient fluid flow to the calipers, and increased braking force.
Marine grade stainless steel braid is wrapped around the core, to prevent further pressure expansion and damage and covered with a protective PVC sleeve to prevent corrosion.

Throttle and clutch cables are developed from OEM items and designed to deliver improved performance and durability along with smoother action.Each set features Venhill's high quality Featherlight cabling: marine-grade stainless steel inner wire that resists stretching and a teflon liner for minimum friction and a lighter action, without the need for lubrication. In addition, each cable is ‘Bird-caged’ – a special process applied to the end of an inner wire that allows solder to penetrate the weave of the cable – making the bond with the nipple much stronger and adding extra strength and durability.

Powerhose Plus braided brake line kits come in a wide choice of colours, and include the fittings, bolts, connectors and washers required; banjos and bolts are offered in polished stainless or high quality, chrome-plated steel for a durable finish.

Replacement Cables also come in a range of colours including black, blue, green, yellow, orange and red, with a choice of fittings in aluminium or zinc-plated steel.
