New Rieju Strada 125

The new Strada 125 from Spanish manufacturer Rieju puts the fun back into functional, with high specification components throughout, making it the class-leading partner for learner riders and commuters alike.

Powered by a fuel injected 125cc air-cooled four-stroke engine, with a balance shaft for smooth running, the Strada offers the comfort and flexibility needed for urban riding and trips outside town too. Euro 4 compliant, with a catalyser built in to the exhaust, the Strada is also economical, capable of 148 mpg (1.9 litres per 100km). Combined with the generous 18-litre fuel tank, the potential range between refills is huge.

Handling is precise and predictable, thanks to 37mm telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers with gas reservoirs. Controllable stopping power is provided by the CBS (combined braking system), featuring a 265mm wavy front disc and 220mm rear disc brake.

At just 750mm high, the sculpted and textured seat is accessible to all sizes of rider and, with a dry weight of just 130kg, the Strada is easy to to handle at low speeds and when parking.

A combined digital and analogue dashboard is tucked behind a fly screen and includes a gear indicator and fuel gauge, to keep the rider well informed on the move.

The Strada is available in Black and White, both with contrasting red highlights, from all authorised Rieju dealers, at £2,699- OTR* and is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for complete peace of mind. It’s also A1 licence compliant.
