Clutch Hose upgrade for 2025 Honda CRF250RWE

Motorcycle control specialist Venhill has developed a Powerhose Plus Clutch Hose upgrade for Honda’s 2025 CRF250RWE motocrosser. 

The British manufacturer is the first aftermarket brand to develop a control upgrade for the premium CRF, underlining its position at the leading edge of motorcycle control technology. 

Inspired by the factory bikes of Jo Shimoda and Chance Hymas in AMA Supercross, the CRF250RWE brings Team Honda HRC’s race-proven upgrades to the quarter-litre category. Venhill’s new hose kit builds upon Honda's own upgrade from conventional cable operation to a hydraulic clutch system in the Works Edition model. 

Developed with input from Jacky Martens' JM Honda Racing in MXGP, the Powerhose Plus clutch line is precision manufactured and hand-finished in Venhill's UK factory. 

At its core is DuPont® Teflon®, chosen for its superior heat resistance properties, which prevents softening, expansion, and loss of shape. The consistent internal diameter and smooth bore facilitate optimal fluid flow for enhanced clutch control and feel.

Marine-grade stainless steel braiding surrounds the core, protecting against damage and preventing pressure expansion. An extruded PVC jacket, available in ten colours plus a clear option, provides additional protection and a premium finish.

Installation is simplified through the use of swivel socket nuts at both ends, which easily tighten onto the supplied fittings. Venhill manufactures its own banjo fittings in-house, ensuring precise fitment and consistent quality throughout.

The line can also be ordered with additional length, offering greater flexibility in setup than the factory-fitted component, and in a variety of colours! 

To guarantee reliability in even the toughest racing conditions, each hose undergoes pressure testing to 1500psi before leaving the factory.
